Job summary

An insurance organization in Kuala Lumpur seeks a candidate to manage quotations and proposals for new and renewal business. You'll service clients and ensure policy renewals are processed in accordance with established procedures. The ideal candidate will hold a recognized diploma in Business Management or Insurance and have strong communication, analytical, and IT skills. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage quotations and proposals for new and renewal business.
  • Service new and existing clients with professional advice and support.
  • Process all policy renewals promptly.
  • Liaise effectively with insurers, clients, and internal departments.
  • Support the development and promotion of insurance products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage quotations and proposals for new and renewal business, ensuring all related documentation and reports are accurate and complete.
  • Manage and service new and existing clients, including providing professional advice, handling claims, and responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all policy renewals are processed promptly and in accordance with the Company’s established procedures and service standards.
  • Liaise and coordinate effectively with insurers, clients, and internal departments on all insurance-related matters.
  • Support the development, implementation, and promotion of insurance products and programs as required.
  • Ensure full compliance with Company policies, standard operating procedures, and all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess a recognized Diploma/Higher/Advanced Diploma in Business Management/Insurance or an equivalent in any discipline and/or professional insurance qualification/Actuarial Science or Professional Degree.
  • Working experience in the insurance industry shall be an added advantage.
  • Right working attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Multi-tasking ability, work independently with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skill, result oriented, resourceful and a team player.
  • IT literate and familiar with MS-Office application.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
