Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience within customer service/sales environment.
  • Ability to deliver on agreed targets.
  • Sales ability and technique.
  • Customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of insurance sales/business development function.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory/ regulatory regime.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for strategy definition and execution for the Broker Market.
  • Manage P&L responsibility for the Broker Market.
  • Participate in strategic meetings to develop knowledge and best practices.
  • Coordinate prospecting meetings and deliver propositions to Brokers.
  • Arrange Broker engagement functions to build relationships and expand pipelines.
