Execute roll out of store refurbishment throughout Malaysia

  • Liaise with ID designer and M&E consultant to ensure proper documentation are obtained for tender exercise to be conducted by Procurement.
  • Acquire quotations, raise Purchase Requisition, liaise with Procurement Department to expedite issuance of Purchase Order before vendors commence any work to ensure compliance to Audit requirement.
  • Coordinates weekly meetings to ensure project timeline and issues are looked into to ensure work progress is on schedule.
  • Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are done and followed through.
  • Ensure project is built to specifications, on budget, on schedule.
Search for vendors and obtain quotations for any new ad hoc projects and help execute in a timely manner
  • Ensures the desired specification and quality from vendors are obtainable within project time frame.
  • Ensures work done by the contractor is up to mark by visiting the store during site works and upon work rectification is completed.
Work with interior designers on store layout to execute designs.
  • Ensures all requirements by store operation team are captured and follow through with business case before work commences.
  • Provide assistance and guidance for inspection and evaluation of prospective sites/buildings.
  • Assists and liaises with vendors to obtain method statement & specification.
  • Works with Procurement to brief and clarify drawings and scope of works related to design.
  • Conduct on-site check to ensure corporate quality standards are achieved in details, finishing and materials.
Organize project meetings with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Organize meetings to ensure all parties understand the work to be done.
  • Ensure all quotations, work schedule and requirements are submitted and endorsed.
  • Work cross functionally with other department to coordinate on requirements to support the business.
