Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial / customer service role, preferably in the maritime / logistics sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive the highest levels of quality towards assigned BCO customers.
• Develop and grow a portfolio of BCO customers.
• Achieve Export and Import Budget for Malaysia.
• Establish and build client relationships with key accounts.
• Evaluate customer's total book of business and determine growth opportunities.
• Ensure quality sales reports are entered into Sales Force.
