Branch Operations Support Supervisor - KL Eco City

As a Branch Operations Support Supervisor at J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., you will play a key role in driving the efficiency and stability of branch operations. This full-time role focuses on supporting and coordinating daily activities across branches, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Standardization Initiatives:
    Implement and enhance 6S practices, brand image standards, warehouse capacity standards, and branch grading systems to improve operational quality.
  • Exception Management & Empowerment:
    Develop and implement procedures for handling branch-level exceptions. Support branches in coping with operational pressure through targeted training and team empowerment programs.
  • Digital Transformation:
    Promote digitalization across branches. Continuously optimize digital tools based on research and real-world application, using data analytics to identify and address performance issues.
  • Cost Optimization & Efficiency Improvement:
    Conduct cost assessments and implement cost-saving initiatives. Enhance branch productivity through adjustments in equipment usage and operational workflows.
  • Partner Resources (Franchise Management):
    Assist regional teams in franchisee recruitment and facilitate cross-region partner resource coordination.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems to track and manage operations.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
