Responsibilities

  • Lead branch admin staff and manage them efficiently.
  • Monitor daily sales, validate reports, and ensure timely cash deposits.
  • Manage customers' credit limits and ensure timely collections.
  • Perform loading and unloading of goods accurately.
  • Maintain sufficient stock levels and report on stock movements.
  • Ensure reports are submitted on time, including bank reconciliations.
  • Document goods received and report on discrepancies.
  • Perform regular stock closing and submit timely reports.
  • Maintain petty cash records and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Manage branch expenses and pay utility bills on time.
