Join the team at TSM Automobile Sdn Bhd as a Branch Manager in the Sandakan District of Sabah. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the company's local branch, playing a key part in the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the branch team, providing coaching, mentoring and guidance to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer service and increase overall branch profitability.
• Monitor branch operations, identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes and procedures.
• Oversee inventory management, budgeting and financial reporting for the branch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to align the branch’s activities with the company’s overall objectives.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations and company policies.

What We Are Looking For

• Significant experience (1+ year) in a management or leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency and delivering strong financial results.
• Excellent people management and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
• Strong commercial acumen and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards and best practices.
• Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
