Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions? We are looking for a dedicated Branch Admin Officer to join our team at Habib Jewels. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail‑oriented, enjoy working in a fast‑paced retail environment, and have a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities
  • Scan and process customer purchases accurately.
  • Ensure prices and quantities are correct.
  • Accept payments via cash, credit card, vouchers, or other methods.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and item locations.
  • Handle complaints professionally and process refunds or exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform all cashiering transactions and duties efficiently.
  • Ensure daily cash and system transactions tally.
  • Submit required reports accurately and on time to Branch Manager and HQ.
  • Maintain systematic filing and accurate documentation.
  • Handle relevant administrative tasks and operate computer systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM qualification with 1–2 years of working experience.
  • Fresh graduates with an accounting background are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous with good calculation skills.
  • Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Knowledge in finance or accounting is an advantage, or ability to learn quickly.
  • Able to work as a team.
  • Must be willing to work on shifts (retail hours) / weekends and public holidays.
  • Candidates have full working rights for Malaysia.
