We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to join our dedicated team at Cortina Watch Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. As a Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxury watch boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet ambitious targets. What you'll be doing
  • Manage all aspects of boutique operations, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver world-class customer service and maximise sales

  • Monitor and analyse boutique performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure the boutique maintains the highest standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation
  • Collaborate closely with the corporate team to align with broader business objectives
  • Foster a positive, performance-driven culture within the boutique
