What you'll be doing

Monitoring and controlling the operation of industrial boilers and associated equipment

Performing routine maintenance and inspections to identify and address any issues

Maintaining detailed logs and records of boiler operations, including fuel consumption and steam production

Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Collaborating with the wider production team to ensure seamless operations

Providing training and guidance to less experienced team members

Proven experience as a Boilerman or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment

Strong technical understanding of boiler systems and associated equipment

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency
