Responsibilities

• Operate the boiler according to SOP and DOSH requirements.
• Monitor pressure, temperature, and water level regularly.
• Perform daily blowdown, water level tests, and safety device tests.
• Conduct water treatment including chemical dosing and water analysis.
• Carry out boiler startup and shutdown procedures safely.
• Prepare daily logs and issue reports.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist in boiler servicing.
• Ensure the steam system operates efficiently.
• Identify and resolve technical issues.

Job description

Bio Nice Industry Sdn Bhd – Nusajaya, Johor

Operate the boiler in accordance with SOP and DOSH requirements.

Monitor pressure, temperature, and water level regularly.

Perform daily blowdown, water level tests, and safety device tests.

Conduct water treatment, including chemical dosing and water analysis (TDS, pH, hardness).

Carry out boiler startup and shutdown procedures safely and correctly.

Prepare daily logs, operation records, and issue reports.

Perform preventive maintenance and assist in boiler servicing.

Ensure the steam system (valves, piping, feedwater pump) operates efficiently.

Identify and resolve technical issues such as fluctuation, leakage, low water level, and scaling.
