Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler with specialized experience in MEP systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the development and management of Building Information Models (BIM) to enhance project efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and coordinate 3D BIM models for MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and integration of MEP systems within the overall building design.
3. Perform clash detection and resolution using BIM software to identify and mitigate potential conflicts between various systems.
4. Generate detailed drawings and documentation from BIM models for construction and fabrication.
5. Assist in the creation and implementation of BIM standards and best practices within the organization.
6. Support project teams in using BIM software and tools, providing training and guidance as needed.
7. Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions related to MEP modeling.
8. Keep abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology and MEP design to enhance skills and improve processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on MEP systems.
3. Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
4. Strong understanding of MEP systems design, codes, and standards.
