Job Description

We are searching for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to support our ongoing data centre project in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension based on project progress.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) up to Level of Development (LOD) 500, ensuring precision and alignment with site and design requirements. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and site teams to enhance coordination and model accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and maintain BIM models up to LOD 500 using Autodesk Revit and related software.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure model integrity and accuracy.
  • Produce detailed 2D drawings and documentation for fabrication and site installation.
  • Prepare and coordinate BIM deliverables in alignment with project standards and execution plans.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolve model coordination issues.
  • Integrate field data into models to reflect real-time site conditions.
  • Assist with documentation workflows and contribute to BIM process improvements.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler or in a similar BIM-related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
  • Experience working with LOD 300 to 500 models, ideally in construction or engineering projects.
  • Good understanding of building systems, engineering, and construction workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Available for a 6-month contract, with potential extension based on project duration.
