Responsibilities

  • Oversee Sales Commission functions in Malaysia.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payout of commissions.
  • Lead the sales commission team and resolve disputes promptly.
  • Monitor and optimize sales commission processes for efficiency.
  • Drive automation initiatives in collaboration with IT.

Skills

Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience in finance or business operations
Experience leading a team and managing multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with billing or commission systems and processes
Experience with SAP or APEX
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
