Job summary

A manufacturing company in Kedah, Malaysia is seeking a skilled team member to provide training for new employees on Secondary Process equipment, ensure timely feedback regarding spare parts, and collaborate with the engineering team to meet production timelines. The role also involves monitoring the flow of the Lot Traveller and assisting with prototype project implementation. Candidates should have a proactive approach and readiness to carry out tasks assigned by superiors.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training to new employees on Secondary Process equipment.
• Responsible for ensuring feedback to Planner on spare parts replenishment.
• Work with the engineering team to meet ETD.
• Counter check parts per Lot Traveller drawing before forwarding.
• Carry out tasks assigned by superiors.
• Assist in implementing prototype projects.
• Monitor Lot Traveller flow to meet ETD deadlines.

Job description

Provide guidance & training to new employee for running all Secondary Process equipment / machine

Responsible for feedback to Planner if spare parts replenishing is running low/require, i.e Drill-bit, End-mill cutter, Tap, Bend Tool etc

Work with engineering team to ensure to meet the ETD

Counter check the post-Secondary Process part as per Lot Traveller drawing before pass to next station.

Responsible to carry out task assigned by superior.

Assist in prototype project implementation

Assist in monitoring Lot Traveller flow is in timely to meet the ETD
