As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for our valued customers. What you'll be doing
  • Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure, offering a warm welcome and prompt assistance with luggage
  • Providing information and directions to guests about the hotel facilities and local area
  • Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process
  • Maintaining a well-organised and tidy bell desk area
  • Responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Adhering to all hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience working as a Bell Attendant or in a similar guest service role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of guest requests and situations
