Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and adapt strategies promptly when needed.

  • Plan, implement and evaluate traffic count strategies to increase footfall and conversion rates.

  • Attract and grow customer traffic through both online and offline initiatives.

  • Drive both retail and B2B sales channels in alignment with the brand strategy.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, train and lead a motivated sales team, setting clear performance goals and KPIs.

  • Provide coaching and regular feedback to ensure professional growth and high engagement.

  • Plan and execute reward scheme for sales team. Monitor each reward scheme and revise as and when is needed.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and customer-centric excellence.

Retail & Customer Experience
  • Oversee daily retail operations across Hafina’s stores, ensuring best-in-class customer service.

  • Implement initiatives that enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.

  • Ensure compliance with store standards, merchandising, and visual presentation.

Business & Market Development
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities including partnerships, collaborations, and expansion into new locations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors and partners.

  • Represent Hafina at industry events, trade fairs and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.

Financial & Operational Management
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts.

  • Optimize stock management and inventory turnover in collaboration with merchandising and supply chain teams.

  • Ensure effective reporting, tracking and cost management for sales initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail sales management, preferably in beauty, women’s product/lingerie, fashion or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in traffic generation strategies (online & offline) is a plus.

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building strong relationships.
