- Welcome clients warmly and professionally

- Handle walk-ins, enquiries, and WhatsApp/Messenger responses

- Manage customer appointments & scheduling

- Assist with payment processing & package tracking

Treatment Assistance 护理协助
- Support beauticians during facial and beauty procedures
协助美容师进行面部护理和美容项目
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment
负责房间与仪器的准备及整理
- Maintain cleanliness & hygiene standards
确保环境干净整洁并符合卫生标准
Product Knowledge & Consultation 产品知识与讲解
- Understand salon treatment packages and skincare products
熟悉店内的护理项目与护肤产品
- Explain benefits to clients when needed
在必要时向客户讲解产品优势
- Assist in soft-selling products (NOT hard selling)
以自然方式协助产品推荐(非强硬推销)
Operational Support 日常运营支持
- Stock check & inventory management
产品库存检查与管理
- Prepare daily reports when needed
需要时准备日常运营报告
- Help maintain a positive and comfortable salon environment

Requirements | 任职要求
- Pleasant personality & good communication skills
形象佳、沟通能力强
- Responsible, punctual, willing to learn
有责任心、守时、愿意学习
- Basic computer/phone skills for scheduling
会操作电话与基本电脑系统
- Experience preferred but not required (training provided)
