About the role

Join the world of refined luxury and sophistication as a Beauty Advisor, where we transcend conventional beauty norms. We are seeking a highly passionate individual to join our store/counter as a B eauty Advisor, offering luxury personalised services to our customers, elevating customer experience and building inspiring brand connections and loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide excellent customer experience by offering consultations to customers and personalised recommendations on product range selection based on customer needs.
  • Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products, increasing basket size and IPT, and converting opportunities to sales.
  • Educate customers on product features, ingredients, usage and benefits, new launches and best sellers.
  • Help customers build connection with the brand and products.
  • Use storytelling, offer demonstrations and conduct product testing, including fragrance layering.
  • Make up applications and tutorials apply to 2-axis brands.
  • Aim for long-term engagement with customers by maintaining good after-sales relationships
  • Handle customer rejections and queries effectively.
  • Keep up to date with market trends.
  • Work together as a team to achieve team goals and assist with inventory management as needed.
  • Maintain store/counter in optimal condition by adhering to visual merchandising guidelines that best represent the brand, ensuring cleanliness, organising products and testers properly, and replenishing stocks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in luxury retail. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred
  • Knowledge in fragrance would be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, customer engagement and presentation skills
  • Able to work during weekends and public holidays
  • Pleasant personality, team player, positive attitude
  • Detail oriented
  • Keen in developing skills and knowledge
