Responsibilities
- Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espresso drinks, cappuccinos, lattes, iced coffees, and teas to high standards.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and high-quality service to customers. Respond to inquiries and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Cash Handling: Operate cash register and process payments accurately, ensuring correct change is given and balancing cash drawers.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating area. Ensure coffee machines, grinders, and other tools are cleaned and properly maintained.
- Stocking and Inventory: Ensure adequate stock of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Assist with inventory management and ordering when necessary.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and positive working environment.
- Customer Education: Educate customers about coffee beans, brewing methods, and seasonal specials.
Qualifications
- Must be a Malaysian citizen or a Permanent Resident.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum of PMR (Penilaian Menengah Rendah) or SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) qualification.
- Willing and able to work on weekdays, weekend, public holiday and flexible shifts.
- Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.
