Salary Range: RM2,500 – RM3,500

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew. The role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the outlet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
  • Ensure food and beverages are served according to outlet standards.
  • Handle billing and payment transactions (cash and POS system).
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, service stations, and equipment.
  • Support bar/kitchen team in preparation and service as required.
  • Comply with outlet’s SOPs, including Halal practices where applicable.
  • Assist in stock management (receiving, replenishing, and reporting shortages).
  • Handle guest feedback or complaints politely and expedite to supervisor when necessary.
  • Uphold company standards in grooming, punctuality, and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in F&B, club, bar, or restaurant environment is an advantage (but not required).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress well.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays.
  • Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Proficiency in the English and Mandarin language is necessary.
