A confidential company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Customer Service Officer to handle inquiries and complaints regarding banking services. Candidates should be fluent in English, with Mandarin as a plus. Educational requirements include SPM or a diploma, with experience levels varying depending on qualifications. Handle SG customer inquiries & complaints regarding banking services and products via phone call.
Ensure highest standard of service delivery on personalized phone services to customers.
Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintain database.
Fluent in spoken English and able to read & write in English. Mandarin is an added advantage to support Mandarin speaking customer.
SPM holder with 5 years full time working experience, Diploma holder with 2 years full time working experience, Fresh Degree holders are welcome.
Earliest shift start at 6am. Latest shift end by 3am (For Senior Officer only). Junior officer/ Fresh entries latest shift will normally start at noon/end by 12am.
9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour meal break and 0.5 hours comfort break. Rest 2 days mostly combined (may be split too).
Location: Walking Distance from Ampang Park station.
1 month classroom training (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6.30pm) Mandatory attendance.
Basic is up to RM4,500 | RM3,200 - RM3,500 (Fresh Degree Holder).
RM350 Shift Allowance/ up to RM900 if night shift (per month).
RM25 per day → Transport Allowance (start anytime before 7am / end after 12am).
Quarterly KPI Incentives (up to RM2,000) - attendance, ATH, etc.
RM500 Bonus upon confirmation (One time off).
14 days Medical Leave.
Medical & Insurance coverage (including Immediate Family).
Dental & Optical RM400 per annum.
OT claimable upon approval.
Double Pay on Public Holiday.
Performance Bonus and Salary Review in March.
