Location: Nationwide (Malaysia)

Basic Salary Range: RM2,000 RM5,000

Education: Diploma and above

Licensing Requirement: PCIL and/or TBE - Part A & C (Partial/Full License)

Experience Required
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in insurance/Takaful sales
  • Banca Incentive Earning: RM1,000 and above
  • Track record of any passed sales achievements is an added advantage
  • Participation in any Sales Convention Trip
Key Responsibilities
  • All duties of FSC, with added focus on leadership and advanced sales strategy
  • Provide comprehensive financial solutions for affluent clients
  • Drive high-level sales engagement with key stakeholders
  • Promote and sell a broad range of SLMA/SLMT financial products tailored to clients' needs
  • Meet individual sales targets and support branch goals
  • Offer expert financial advice aligned with clients banking needs
  • Collaborate with Branch and Banca Business Managers to align with strategic sales direction
  • Ensure outstanding post-sales service and client satisfaction
  • Proactively manage leads and follow-ups
  • Regular performance reviews with Branch Manager
  • Maintain proper licensing and CPD compliance
