Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and produce breads, pastries, and other baked goods while ensuring consistent quality.
  • Independently operate at least one bakery production process, including dough mixing, oven operation, dough kneading, filling preparation, shaping, and finishing.
  • Execute daily production plans efficiently to meet store or production requirements.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, improving overall team skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to improve recipes and baking techniques.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, and a clean work environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, raw material usage, and cost control.

Requirements
  • Extensive baking experience with solid knowledge of bread, cakes, and pastry production.
  • At least master one bakery production process independently, including oven operation, dough kneading, filling preparation, shaping, and finishing.
  • Proven experience in training or leading a small team.
  • Previous work experience at other well-known bakery chains is highly preferred.
  • Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.
  • Passionate about baking and willing to share knowledge to develop the team.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • We accept the Junior Baker (Must have 1 year Baker/Pasty Experience or you have strong desire to bakery industry).
