Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in quality within an EASA Part 145 MRO environment.

• Experience as a Form 4 holder with an aviation authority.
• Proficient in audit execution and regulatory engagement.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the site QMS/BMS.
• Ensure compliance with EASA Part 145 and customer standards.
• Interface with regulators and certification bodies.
• Plan and conduct audits with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive risk management and resolve non-conformances.
