We are expanding to a new location in Kulai and looking for a Service Advisor to join our supportive and friendly team.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with service enquiries in a professional, friendly manner
• Record customer concerns accurately and prepare job sheets
• Explain recommended services, repair estimates, and obtain customer approval
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely job completion
• Follow up with customers on vehicle status and service updates
• Prepare service invoices, warranty claims, and related documentation
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent communication
• Maintain a clean and organized service reception area

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Automotive, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office; training will be provided)
