Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, purchasing, or business development, preferably with trade-in or used car transactions.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive market and vehicle valuation processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with various external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in using automotive evaluation tools and software.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Able to converse in Malay; English & Mandarin speaker is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Daily visit to New Car Showrooms to facilitate the used vehicle acquisition process.
  • Actively recruit new sales agents to expand business opportunities.
  • Guide customers through the sales process including presenting and negotiating prices.
  • Address customer concerns and objections effectively.
  • Assist in the arrangement of car inspections and handovers upon customer’s request.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all relevant departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current process flows and campaigns.
