An accounting firm in Selangor is looking for an Audit Semi-Senior to manage statutory audit assignments across various industries. Responsibilities include preparing audit working papers, conducting risk analysis, and liaising with clients. Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Take charge of statutory audit assignments for clients ranging from various industries.
• Finishing and preparing of audit working papers and audited financial statements.
• Able to analyse and to highlight the risk area of attention for auditing planning.
• Preparing of tax computation and deferred taxation as provision to the financial statement.
• Able to complete the assignment independently with minimum supervision and lead audit juniors on small assignment.
• Liaise with clients on all aspects of audit assignments.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess full or part professional qualification of ACCA or MICPA, bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalent. At least 1- 2 years of related working experience for audit semi-senior. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply as audit junior. Those with extensive experience but without necessary qualification are also encouraged to apply. Good communication skills, mature, pleasant personality and have good attitude towards work. Highly motivated with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines. Computer literate and knowledge on Audit Express software is an advantage. Proficient in MS. Office and Ms. Excel. Able to work on deadline-drive environment. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
