Job summary

A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking candidates for a retail management position requiring a minimum SPM or equivalent. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring professional customer service. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in retail/F&B, demonstrate strong communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English, and possess a positive, energetic personality. Shift work, including weekends and public holidays, is required.

Qualifications

3. Work hand in hand with the Store Manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and the maintenance of adequate staffing levels.
4. Implementation of an efficient in-store team work.
5. Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
6. Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.

Education & Experience:
