In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our manufacturing facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to optimise equipment performance and reduce downtime
• Oversee the maintenance team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring
• Conduct regular inspections and identify potential issues, implementing preventative and corrective measures
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimise disruptions
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, costs, and inventory
• Continuously explore and implement innovative maintenance techniques and technologies to drive operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
