Overview

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) while also supporting Marketing initiatives across the department.

Responsibilities
  • Manage CMO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas and minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain records and file.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of CMO.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office maintenance.
  • Assist in planning and executing team engagement activities and events to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Support the Brand & Communications team in planning, coordination and execution of branding and communication initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of branding materials, corporate communications, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables for campaigns, internal communications, and corporate announcements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors (where applicable) for content, materials, and approvals.
  • Maintain and update brand assets, communication trackers and documentation.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for cross-pillar Marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Preferably tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or Marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and workload.
  • Initiative and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
