Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary client contact for daily operational matters and issue resolution
  • Review Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and financial reporting
  • Coordinate capital calls, distributions, annual audits, and statutory filings
  • Interpret fund legal documents and apply terms accurately to reporting and allocations
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, brokers, and custodians to ensure timely deliverables
  • Support new fund onboarding activities
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls
  • Lead team workflow planning, resource utilization, and cross-training
  • Mentor and manage team members while ensuring high service quality
Career ProgressionExposure to Global Stakeholders
  • Private Equity fund administration experience is mandatory
  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience in PE / private credit fund accounting or audit
  • Proven people management and client-facing experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and/or Singapore GAAP
  • Solid understanding of private equity / private credit structures
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong systems aptitude
  • Experience with Investran is a strong advantage
