Key Responsibilities
- Data Application Support
- Provide high‑quality and timely support to data users.
- Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Contribute to improving issue resolution times and operational KPIs.
- Take ownership of issues within your assigned business area, driving resolution and ensuring formal closure.
- Data Asset Development
- Assist in maintaining high‑quality data analytics solutions.
- Communicate technical material effectively to data users.
- Participate in designing optimal combinations of data sources.
- Promote data quality through awareness, governance, and process improvement.
- Learn and support end‑to‑end data asset delivery: requirements gathering, development, testing, documentation, and implementation.
- Comply with global self‑service processes and contribute to technical documentation.
- Participate in data quality audits and reporting.
- Business Partnering
- Collaborate with Quality & Regulatory stakeholders to identify opportunities for data analytics and AI solutions.
- Support a creative and cohesive working environment built on trust and open communication.
- Be proactive in building stakeholder relationships and contribute as an active member of the Data Team.
Additional Responsibilities
- Follow relevant quality procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Undertake additional quality responsibilities (e.g., audits) when trained.
- Contribute ideas to improve systems and processes.
- Work safely, complying with all safety procedures and reporting hazards or incidents.
Key Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Decent knowledge in business analysis and problem‑solving skills.
- Exposure to BI technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, AWS, or Snowflake.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to interact with users.
- Understanding of data structures, modeling, and database schema.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Nice‑to‑have Skills
- Knowledge of data lake and data warehouse concepts and design methodologies.
- Familiarity with Jira, Synapse, Salesforce, Snowflake, Informatica.
Certifications (if any)
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
- Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP).
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
