Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations.
  • Drive sales and profitability by motivating the team and implementing sales strategies.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and delegation of daily tasks.
  • Conduct sales training and performance reviews for Store Crew and Senior Store Crew.
  • Oversee visual merchandising to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock counts and loss prevention.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse sales reports and provide insights to the Store Manager.
