Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position based in the exciting Bukit Bintang area of Kuala Lumpur. As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

What you'll be doing
  • Assisting the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • To guide sales coordinator whenever necessary in their day to day job
  • Prospecting and building relationships with potential clients to secure new business opportunities
  • Conducting market research and analysing data to identify and capitalise on emerging trends
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the guest experience
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Pro-actively source for new account and growth both FIT and MICE business
  • Administrative duties – to be able to maintain and update sales relates report or project in timely manner
  • Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs
What we're looking for
