This is an exciting opportunity to join the management team of Ayam Gepuk Tok Mat Bangi, a leading restaurant in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, overseeing all aspects of its daily activities. This is a full-time position, based in our Bandar Baru Bangi location.

What you’ll be doing
  • Ensure staff follow restaurant rules & SOP.
  • Manage daily restaurant operations smoothly.
  • Control staff behaviour, discipline & punctuality.
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness & KKM compliance.
  • Monitor cooking SOP & food consistency.
  • Prepare weekly staff schedule & off-days.
  • Handle cash responsibly & report accurately.
  • Solve daily restaurant problems independently.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
  • Applicants with previous management experience in established Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands, particularly McDonald’s, will be highly preferred.
  • Firm, disciplined & leadership mindset.
  • Punctual to work.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of KKM will be advantage.
  • No serious medical history.
  • Able to work on weekend.
  • Have own transportation.
