Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing F&B industry, or equivalent relevant management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food preparation, and service standards.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle stressful situations during peak hours.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to good governance.
  • Good communication skills, independent, well‑organized, and able to multitask.
  • Able to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Own transport is required and willing to travel between outlets.
  • Able to speak and write in English; proficiency in Mandarin is required.
Responsibility
  • Assist in managing the daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets to achieve and maintain high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
  • Support the Restaurant / Area Manager in achieving company goals, sales targets, manpower planning, utilities control, inventory management, costing, and other operational matters.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to restaurant teams across outlets to ensure customers receive high‑quality products and excellent service.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing sales, service and inventory control, and ensure compliance with restaurant security policies.
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes run smoothly across assigned outlets without disruption.
  • Actively follow up on issues reported by subordinates and ensure problems are resolved within the required timeframe.
  • Participate in and support local restaurant marketing activities, including basic social media coordination, staff training, and cleaning programs.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required by Management.
  • Be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and provide operational support when needed.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
