Job Description:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects. Track timelines and milestones.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and project documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Deputy Director, Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Help prepare technical documents, review specifications, and track deliverables.
  • Assist in ensuring projects meet quality standards and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
  • 2-3 years in project support or administrative roles in an engineering environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project management software (e.g., MS Project), and basic engineering principles.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, essential for communication with Chinese institutions and for operating equipment featuring Mandarin interfaces.
