A leading marketing firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an experienced marketing professional to oversee event planning and execution. You will coordinate with vendors, develop digital marketing strategies, and ensure brand consistency across all materials. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in marketing, strong understanding of digital marketing tools, and experience in event management. This role requires a proactive individual comfortable with analytics and team collaboration.
Event Planning & Execution : Oversee and manage private events brand collaborations, exhibitions and other marketing-driven events.
Vendor & stakeholder coordination : Liaise with vendors, partners and internal teams to ensure event success, smooth logistics and brand alignment.
Lead Generation & ROI : Strategize events to attract targeted leads, track event outcomes, and optimize for future campaign.
Brand representation : Ensure consistent brand messaging, visuals, and tone throughout all events.
Lead Generation : Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO,SEM, Social media ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
Content Creation & Optimization : Collaborate with the content team to ensure marketing materials ( social posts, ads, blogs) are engaging and optimized for lead capture.
Brand awareness: Leverage digital platforms (social media, Google Ads, etc) to strengthen brand presence and recognition.
Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze campaign performance, ensure KPIs are met
Brand Consistency : Ensure all marketing materials, from paper bags and gift boxes to invitations and apparel, are aligned with the brand's identity.
Vendor Management : Work with suppliers to source high-quality promotional materials that reflect the brand image.
Design Collaboration : Coordinate with design teams to ensure branding on physical items is up to standard and aligns with the current campaign or event.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related fields.
Additional certifications in digital marketing, event management, or project management would be a plus.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, especially digital marketing, lead generation and branding.
Knowledge of event management and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn ads, email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, etc)
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) for tracking leads and marketing performance.
Basic design knowledge (using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva ) for reviewing and approving branding materials.
