Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a recruitment agency or corporate setting.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles, preferably in the automotive or FMCG sector.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws.

You will play a crucial role in our client's company's growth by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires

Requirements
