The Role:
  • Staff member of Party Alteration Team that covers Processing of Person Alterations, Policy Assignment & CRS/FATCA transactions. To provide technical guidance to junior team members in processing and ensure achieving the set targeted Turn Around time and Service Level Agreement for the department and organisation. To assist Manager in leading/ co‑leading/ participate in projects and initiatives set in order to achieve the departmental and organisation key goals.
  • Processing policyholder's application within authority / access given.
  • Attend to complex transaction, i.e. analyze the issue concerned, root cause and provide recommendation to overcome the issue.
  • Attend to all enquiries and complaint from customers (internal/ external), agents, and vendors; closely monitor until closure, understand its root cause & act to for prevention in the future.
  • As Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the process of Processing of Person Alterations, Policy Assignment & CRS/FATCA transactions.
  • To provide technical guidance to junior team members in processing and ensure achieving the set targeted Turn Around time and Service Level Agreement for the department and organisation.
  • Actively participate in projects and initiatives set in order to achieve the departmental and organization key goals.
  • To assist Manager to carry out the task assigned, report progress and status.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
  • To take on any other ad‑hoc task or assignments assigned from superior or managements.
The Person:
  • Possess Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any other related field(s)
  • Majoring in Insurance or Finance would be added advantage.
  • Professional qualifications i.e. AMII/ACII, FLI, Six Sigma either trained or certified Green Belt/Black Belt shall be added advantage.
  • Has minimum 5-7 years of working experience, with 2-3 years’ experience in team leader role and or senior associate/ executive role.
