ASSISTANT MANAGER, MARKETING (to be based at Thomson Fertility, JB)

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to support business and branch objectives.

Conduct basic market research and competitor scanning to identify trends and customer needs.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

Manage and grow branch digital presence including social media platforms.

Plan and execute content calendars, digital advertising, and email marketing.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimise for better results.

Event Management

Coordinate and run on‑ground and digital events such as community programs, patient education activities, and outreach initiatives.

Content & Creative Development

Develop marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and simple video content.

Ensure brand consistency in all marketing outputs.

Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and operations teams to create relevant marketing messages.

Liaise with external vendors, media partners, and creative agencies for campaigns and materials.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Track key performance metrics such as leads, engagement, and campaign results.

Prepare monthly performance reports and propose improvements.

  • Experience in events, media and handling creative agencies.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
  • Creative, detail‑oriented, proactive, and a team player.
  • Readiness to travel for events or outreach activities.
