A leading healthcare provider is seeking an Assistant Manager for Marketing based in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, manage the digital presence, and coordinate events. A degree in Marketing or related fields with 4-6 years of experience in the healthcare industry is required. Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are essential for client interactions. Travel for events may be necessary.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to support business and branch objectives.
Conduct basic market research and competitor scanning to identify trends and customer needs.
Manage and grow branch digital presence including social media platforms.
Plan and execute content calendars, digital advertising, and email marketing.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimise for better results.
Coordinate and run on‑ground and digital events such as community programs, patient education activities, and outreach initiatives.
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and simple video content.
Ensure brand consistency in all marketing outputs.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and operations teams to create relevant marketing messages.
Liaise with external vendors, media partners, and creative agencies for campaigns and materials.
Track key performance metrics such as leads, engagement, and campaign results.
Prepare monthly performance reports and propose improvements.
