Job summary

Your Role

You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve business goals. You will work closely with senior leadership to position Ren Wellness Retreat as a preferred wellness destination in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with Ren Wellness Retreat’s business objectives.
  • Lead and drive sales strategies, focusing on acquiring and expanding corporate partnerships and key accounts.
  • Set clear sales goals, budgets, and timelines to drive focused team efforts and measurable results.
  • Manage sales budgeting, forecasting, and provide timely, accurate reporting to senior management.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with finance and other departments to ensure alignment on sales targets and revenue recognition.
  • Monitor key sales metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Monitor progress against sales plans, making adjustments as needed to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

2. Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and corporate wellness programs.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Represent Ren Wellness Retreat at industry events, and networking functions to expand business reach.
  • Stay updated of competitor activities and industry trends to proactively adjust sales strategy.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new offerings and packages in line with industry trends.
  • Build a pipeline of prospective clients and partnerships through proactive lead generation and business networking.
  • Maintain regular communication with potential partners to explore future collaboration opportunities.
  • Engage in wellness fairs and industry exhibitions to showcase offerings and build brand presence.
  • Work with the marketing team to update sales materials, brochures, and partnership decks.

3. Client Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, wellness partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Leverage CRM data analytics to segment customers and personalize outreach strategies.
  • Facilitate feedback loops between clients and internal teams to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive high performance and continuous professional growth.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs; monitor and evaluate team performance regularly.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive sales culture within the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

  2. Experience:

    2. Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in wellness, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle sectors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships. Experience in leading or supporting a sales team is preferred.
