A premier wellness destination in Malaysia is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth. You will develop and execute sales strategies while managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in the wellness, hospitality, or luxury sectors and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a bachelor's degree and a passion for wellness to enhance brand positioning in the market.

Your Role
You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve business goals. You will work closely with senior leadership to position Ren Wellness Retreat as a preferred wellness destination in both local and international markets.

Qualifications and Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in wellness, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle sectors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships. Experience in leading or supporting a sales team is preferred.
3. Strong strategic thinking and negotiation abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics. Ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
4. Passion for wellness and a genuine understanding of the industry is highly desirable.
