Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating all departmental activities and ensuring compliance to the established standards of professional practice.

Participate in key meetings, including those involving policy‑making.

Take responsibility for the duties of the Pharmacy Manager in their absence, as needed.

Job Responsibilities
  • To establish and maintain regular communication and good relationship with all medical staffs, department heads, and other healthcare team members.
  • Responsible for performing various functions through collaborative drug therapy management and patient care including day‑to‑day operations and other clinical services related, as well as overseeing Retail Pharmacy and to assist Division Head of Clinical Services in the overall management of Hospital Pharmacy in terms of effective and efficient operation, cost‑effective supply and safe medication practice.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification, registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of working experience, preferably in hospital pharmacy.
  • Experience for CDR is required for this position.
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Strong leadership skills, good interpersonal skills, customer‑oriented, dynamic and well‑organised.
