Will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of our dealer network, ensuring effective collaboration between dealers and the company. Involves overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to enhance dealer satisfaction, sales performance, and overall operational efficiency. Lead a team dedicated to fostering strong relationships with dealers, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealer Relationship Management: Collaborate with dealers to understand their business needs and challenges, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • 2. Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and generate insightful reports to guide decision-making.
  • 3. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans that align with business objectives and market trends.
  • 4. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for dealers to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and operational efficiency.
  • 5. Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes and workflows to optimize the efficiency of dealer operations. Implement best practices to enhance overall productivity and reduce costs. Address and resolve conflicts between the company and dealers, ensuring timely and fair resolution of issues.
  • 7. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Utilize market insights to recommend adjustments to dealer strategies and programs.
  • 8. Budget Management: Collaborate with finance to develop and manage budgets related to dealer programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in dealer management, preferably in the automotive or similar industry.
