Role Summary
Support the Manager/Director in managing full sets of accounts, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and team supervision within an SME environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and review full sets of accounts, financial reports and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with MFRS/MPERS and statutory requirements.
- Supervise and guide junior accountants.
- Prepare management reports and assist in budgeting.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents during year end activities.
- Plan work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor progress of Associates and Senior Associates.
- Communicate with clients professionally on accounting matters, queries, and deadlines.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting / Finance; ACCA / MICPA / CPA / ICAEW.
- Min. 5 years of financial reporting & accounting experience in SME or professional firm.
- Strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in spoken Mandarin to handle client communications and documentation from overseas.

- Min. 6 years of experience, with managerial exposure.
- Strong technical, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
