Get to Know the Role:

This position involves supporting the Finance team by managing and prioritizing projects to ensure that deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.

Key Qualifications:
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, engaging with stakeholders beyond the Finance Team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of finance processes with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback, insights, and ideas from the finance team.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose initiatives for process improvement.
  • Analyze processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction, working closely with the Finance team.
  • Design and implement process improvements, including standardizing workflows, streamlining procedures, and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements by collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for further optimization.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, guidelines, and training materials to ensure consistent and efficient execution of finance tasks.
  • Provide training and support to finance team members on new processes, tools, and technologies to enhance performance and productivity.
You Should Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Hands‑on experience in process improvement or project management, with a proven track record of efficiently handling multiple projects under pressure, including managing unexpected and varied demands.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Kaizen.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify key areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools, project management software, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build trusted relationships with peers and senior stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of finance processes and workflows as advantageous.
  • Experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive and self‑motivated, with a strong drive for continuous improvement and learning.
