Job Responsibilities
  • Inventory Auditor role for Warehouse (Food and Non-Food), Construction Store and Theme Park Technical inventories.
  • Lead the inventory compliance and perform audit for Warehouse, construction store and themepark store which includes:
    • Assessing inventory management processes and control to ensure compliance to company policies.
    • Develop and work with respective stakeholder to implement improvements to inventory control measures to reduce stockouts, mitigate obsolete parts and improve inventory turnover.
    • Review the Warehouse MRP (material planning section) performance to recommend improve on the process of forecasting demand and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
    • Audit of inventory levels (ensure physical ties to finance record) and ensure operations has proper tracking and safeguarding to ensure accuracy and compliance with established processes.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures related to inventory management.
  • Head of F&B Cost Control department:
    • Recommend pricing strategies based on cost analysis, competitor 3rd Party F&B tenant performance (revenue and 3rd party menu offering and price level), and competitive positioning.
    • Develop SOP to analyzing the cost of food ingredients and menu items to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement (e.g. yield test procedure).
    • Work closely with F&B chef on menu engineering to optimize menu offerings in terms of cost, pricing and profitability and prevent recurring food waste/spoilage.
    • Lead the audit role in the F&B Ops procedures to control portion sizes, prevent theft and misuse of food supplies.
  • Management reporting: Produce management report of Inventory & Cost control on a timely manner for discussion and decision making.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on key initiatives.
Qualifications
  • A good degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications.
  • Member of professional body (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MACPA, CPA, ICAA).
  • Minimum 4 years accounting experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
