Job summary
A leading corporate firm in Petaling Jaya seeks a candidate to develop corporate strategies and performance indicators. The role requires at least a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years of relevant experience, and expertise in performance management and financial analysis. Strong research and communication skills are essential. This position will support business strategy tasks and corporate performance tracking.
Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, a professional accounting qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years related experience in similar capacity.
- Knowledge in Performance Management, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Financial Analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop the Corporate strategy map, scorecard, and performance indicators.
- Assist in cascading Corporate strategy map to C-1 levels.
- Gather and analyze performance information related to corporate plans.
- Implement and monitor processes for tracking and reporting progress.
- Consolidate data for the PCEO Report to the Board.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop the Corporate strategy map, scorecard and performance indicators to support achievement of corporate goals and ensure actions drive results.
- Assist in cascading of the Corporate strategy map, scorecard, and performance indicators to C-1 levels to ensure the achievement of Corporate Scorecards are supported corporate wide.
- Responsible for gathering, validating, and analysing performance information relating to corporate plans/strategies, key policies and standards.
- Implement and monitor processes for tracking and reporting progress of the corporate and divisional scorecards.
- Responsible to ensure the tracking mechanism and reporting of strategic initiatives and tactical initiatives are done in an appropriate manner and timely.
- Consolidate relevant data, information and updates across the Corporation in preparing the PCEO Report to the Board on bi-monthly basis.
- Support other business strategy related tasks which include end-to-end strategy development cycle, special projects and financial modelling.
Job Requirement:
- Qualification: At least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, a professional accounting qualification is preferred
- Experience: Minimum 5 years related experience in similar capacity
- Knowledge: Performance Management, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis
- Skill/Competencies: Financial modelling; research skills; and strong communication skills, both orally and written
