Job description

INTI International University & Colleges – Kampung Baharu Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

Lead the development of strategic relationships with industry partners, fostering collaboration on initiatives of significant importance to the organization

Collaborating with industry partners in support of enhancing INTI's employer reputation and visibility

Collaborate with other Career Services units to support various initiatives and administrative areas that may be assisted by its expertise.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts, ensuring ongoing rapport and engagement.

Identify and engage with industry partners according to criteria for QS nomination, supporting the Head of Unit for Global Ranking – Employer Reputation in coordinating annual QS industry partner nomination submissions.

Coordinate events and activities with employers that contribute to QS ranking success, including outreach to past nominees to encourage QS survey participation.

Act as the primary liaison for the organization’s engagement with external employer surveys, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.

Establish and manage a comprehensive employer contacts database, facilitating seamless communication and coordination between employer contacts, faculties, and other units within the Career Services Department.

Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Administration or equivalent discipline
  • Candidate with 2-3 years of related working experience is preferred
  • Candidate with working experience in Education industry is an added advantage
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong administrative, multi-tasking and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
